How do I pay with a gift card?

Simply enter your gift card code in the designated field at checkout. The amount will be automatically applied to your order total.

How do I receive my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as your order ships.If you haven’t received it, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team info@cosmarii.com — we’ll be happy to assist you.

I haven’t received my refund — what should I do?

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
If this period has passed, please reach out to our customer service team finance@cosmarii.com, and we will gladly look into your case with care and urgency.

My payment was successful, but I didn’t receive an order confirmation - what should I do?

First, please check your junk or spam folder to ensure the confirmation email hasn’t been misdirected.
If you still can’t locate it, kindly contact our customer service team sales@cosmarii.com — we’ll be happy to assist you and ensure everything is in order.

Why isn’t my card working?

There could be several reasons why a card is declined. We recommend checking with your bank to ensure that your card is activated for online purchases.

Can I combine multiple gift cards or promotions in one order?

Yes, you can use multiple gift cards or promotional codes in a single order, provided they are applicable to the selected products. Certain restrictions may apply during promotional campaigns.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged once your order has been successfully placed and confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after the payment is processed.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, a VAT invoice can be issued upon request. Please contact our finance team at sales@cosmarii.com and include your order details.

Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible. Within the Baltic region, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. For destinations across the rest of Europe, please allow approximately 10 business days. Your order will be worth the wait.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Click the link to follow your delivery in real time. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may still have time to update it from your account. Otherwise, it will arrive as placed.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong product, please visit our Returns & Claims section and follow the steps for an exchange. Be sure to upload a photo of the item you received — we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Gift Cards

Can I buy physical gift cards?

No, we currently offer digital gift cards only.

How do electronic gift cards work?

After purchase, the gift card is sent by email with a unique code. Enter this code at checkout to use the balance.

I have not received an email with my gift card - what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, email us at info@cosmarii.com, and we’ll resend it.

How soon will I receive the gift card after purchase?

Digital gift cards are usually delivered within a few minutes. During busy times, it may take up to one hour.

For how long is the gift card valid?

Cosmari_i gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

How will the gift card be delivered?

Your gift card will be delivered by email to the email address provided at checkout.

Can I use multiple gift cards to make a purchase?

Yes, you can use more than one gift card in one order. Just enter the first code, add a comma, and then enter the next code.

Can I use a gift card for multiple orders?

Yes, you can use your gift card across multiple orders until the full balance is used.

Can I use my gift card both online and in store?

Cosmari_i gift cards are currently valid for online purchases only.

Returns & Claims

Can I return my order?

We accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we do not accept returns of items that have been opened, tested, or used.

How I return my order?

How to return an item:

  1. Pack the products securely (preferably in the original shipping box).
  2. Include a note with your full name, order number, and email address.
  3. Send the return to:

You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. Please use a trackable shipping method. Items are returned at your own risk.

Once we receive and approve the return, your refund will be issued within 30 days. If the return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll let you know by email.

I received damaged or wrong order

If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or if you received the wrong product, please email us directly at info@cosmarii.com with the following:

  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your message and respond as soon as possible. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund within 30 days.
